- Transfer alarms for Outlook Tasks to the handheld, so that you get the
reminders you need.
- Synchronize recurrence patterns, so you do not miss ongoing tasks.
- Carry with you many of the detailed Outlook Tasks fields, such as task
owner, status and percent completed, for task management on the go.
- KeyTasks priority icons have the same look and feel as Outlook Tasks
icons, so you always know the importance of items on your to do list.

KeyNotes™
- Note size may reach 24 KB in KeyNotes, just like in Outlook. This allows
six times the amount of content that can be stored in a note in the built-in
Palm Memo Pad.
- Color-coding of notes in Outlook is transferred to the handheld for easy,
visual identification. You can also set the color while creating new notes in
KeyNotes.
